Former Brick Plant

This plant is comprised of the 52,000 sf kiln building, a 2,000 sf sales office and numerous outbuildings on approximately 30 acres. The remainder of the acreage is rolling and sloping timber land surrounding the plant site. There are large expanses of concrete and asphalt paving on the plant site portion of the property which could easily be re-purposed for lay-down yard, tractor-trailer parking, outdoor storage or building pads.

Located .25 mile off exit 54 of Interstate 81 near Marion, Virginia. Many nearby Smyth County manufacturers.
