Michael is a seasoned commercial real estate expert with nearly 40 years of experience in investment properties, industrial buildings, and complex reuse projects. As a licensed broker across Tennessee and Virginia, Michael has successfully guided numerous clients through high-value transactions, including the sales and leasing of industrial, retail, and office properties.

For nearly three decades, Michael has led Green Commercial Realty Inc., where he specializes in corporate real estate representation, asset repositioning, and strategic planning. Under his leadership, the company averages nearly $10 million in annual gross sales volume.

Michael’s valuation experience is extensive, serving financial, corporate, and legal clients throughout the Southeast. He is highly experienced in complex litigation services and support, including expert witness testimony, tax appeals, and condemnation analysis. He has been accepted as an expert witness in Federal and State courts. His testimony has spanned various property types including industrial buildings, shopping centers, subdivisions, development rights, and others.

Michael has also served in leadership positions, including as Chairman of the Tennessee Real Estate Appraiser Commission and as a board member of the Johnson City Industrial Development Board and the Johnson City Development Authority. His charitable work includes involvement with organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club, Second Harvest Food Bank, and the Eastern 8 Community Development Corporation.
